Hounds of Tindalos「廷达罗斯的巡猎」，是一支来自上海的新古典技术死亡金属乐队。乐队于2025 年底正式组建，由 4 位乐手共同创立。

队名源自克苏鲁神话中栖息于 「不连续时间」的高维掠食者——廷达罗斯猎犬，它们以跨越亿万年时空追踪猎物。乐队作品以技术化的极端音符，在音乐中呈现克苏鲁神话中 「不死猎犬」 的偏执与凶残。

乐队作品以技术死亡金属为基础，融合前卫金属、新古典主义和交响化编排元素，形成了鲜明的创作风格。作品大量运用古典音乐中的和声语言、对位法和旋律发展手法，同时结合高速扫拨、复杂节奏以及高难度吉他演奏技术。乐曲中经常能够听到类似巴洛克和浪漫主义时期作曲风格的旋律线条。

乐队首单「The Fall of the House of Usher (厄舍府的崩塌)」于2025年12月26日发行，首张EP「The Fangs Unveiled (獠牙初现)」已于2026年2月26日正式上线。

2026年7月12日，乐队第二张EP「The Covenant Sealed (生死同契)」正式上线各大平台。作为首张EP「The Fangs Unveiled (獠牙初现)」的续作，第二张EP在新古典技术死亡金属的基础上，乐队作品继续创新，编曲中融入Shuffle Flamingo、Synth、前卫技术死亡金属等音乐元素/风格。

Hounds of Tindalos (廷达罗斯的巡猎) is a neoclassical technical death metal band based in Shanghai, China. Officially formed in late 2025, the band was co-founded by four musicians.

The band takes its name from the Hounds of Tindalos — higher-dimensional predators dwelling within the discontinuous angular time of the Cthulhu Mythos, famed for relentlessly stalking their prey across eons of time and space.

With technically rigorous extreme sonic textures, the band's work captures the unyielding paranoia and ferocity of the "undying hounds" from Lovecraftian lore.

Rooted in technical death metal, their sound fuses elements of progressive metal, neoclassicism and symphonic orchestration, shaping a distinct creative identity. Their compositions draw extensively from classical harmonic language, counterpoint and melodic development techniques, paired with high-speed sweep picking, intricate rhythmic structures and demanding guitar virtuosity. Melodic lines reminiscent of Baroque and Romantic-era compositional styles run prominently throughout their tracks.

Their debut single The Fall of the House of Usher was released on December 26, 2025. Their first EP The Fangs Unveiled officially launched on February 26, 2026.

On July 12, 2026, the band's second EP The Covenant Sealed will be released across all major streaming platforms. As a follow-up to The Fangs Unveiled, the record further innovates upon the band's neoclassical technical death metal foundation, integrating Shuffle Flamingo textures, synth layers and progressive technical death metal elements into its arrangements.
