购票须知

1.退票服务：

票品为实名制有价票券，非普通商品，不得相互转赠；如需退票请在7月12日24:00前完成，逾期不支持退票；

2.电子发票：

活动开始前，在【我的订单-开具发票服务】提交发票申请，我们会将电子发票发送至您的邮箱，开票内容为：*生产生活服务*体育服务。

3.儿童购票：

儿童一律凭票入场，并由成年人陪同入场观赛。

4.购票途径：

本次购票仅支持线上购票。

5.比赛时长：

以现场实际时间为准。

Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Policy​

Tickets are real-name registered valuable tickets and are not regular commodities. Transfer is not allowed. If you require a refund, please process it via the official platform by 24:00 on July 12. No refunds will be accepted after the deadline.

2. E-Invoice​

The invoicing description is "Production and Living Services * Sports Services". Please submit your invoice request via the [My Order-Invoice] page before the event starts. The electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Children Admission​

All children must hold a valid ticket for entry and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

4. Purchase Channels​

Tickets for this event are sold exclusively online. No physical box office or offline sales are available.

5. Match Duration​

The actual duration of the matches is subject to the live schedule at the venue.

观赛须知

1.实名验证：请携带本人有效身份证件（身份证或护照），凭原件核验入场。

2.座位安排：内场区请严格对号入座；看台区请对区入座。

3.入场时间：场馆将于比赛开始前 30 分钟开放入场，请合理安排行程。

4.秩序维护：观赛期间请遵从工作人员指引入座，严禁在通道等区域滞留。

5.禁带物品：场馆全域严禁吸烟，严禁携带打火机、宠物及其他危险品入场。

6.物品保管：场馆不提供寄存服务，请自行妥善保管随身物品，谨防贵重物品遗失。

7.文明离场：赛事结束后请有序退场，并自觉将垃圾分类投放至相应垃圾桶内，共同维护场馆环境卫生。

Spectator Guide

1. Identity Verification​

All spectators must present a valid original government-issued ID (e.g., Passport or National ID Card) for identity verification prior to entry.

2. Seating Arrangements​

Floor Seats: Must sit strictly in their assigned seat numbers.

Grandstand Seats: Must sit within their designated seating zone.

3. Entry Time​

The venue will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the competition. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

4. Order Maintenance​

During the event, please follow staff instructions regarding seating. Loitering or standing in aisles and walkways is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Items​

Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire venue. The following items are not permitted: lighters, pets, and any hazardous materials.

6. Personal Belongings​

The venue does not provide storage or cloakroom services. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times and take care to prevent the loss of valuables.

7. Exiting the Venue​

Please exit the venue in an orderly manner after the event concludes. Kindly dispose of your trash by sorting it into the appropriate recycling and waste bins to help maintain a clean environment.

配送信息说明：不支持修改配送电话、地址等信息

入场规则：须携带购票时对应证件验证入场。

实名购票规则：一张门票对应一个证件；证件支持：身份证/护照/港澳居民来往内地通行证/台湾居民来往大陆通行证/港澳台居民居住证/外国人永久居留身份证

异常排单说明：对于异常订购行为，大麦网有权在订单成立或者生效之后取消相应订单。异常订购行为包括但不限于以下情形： （1）通过同一ID订购超出限购张数的订单。 （2）经合理判断认为非真实消费者的下单行为，包括但不限于通过批量相同或虚构的支付账号、收货地址（包括下单时填写及最终实际收货地址）、收件人、电话号码订购超出限购张数的订单。

温馨提示：1.购买前请您提前规划好行程，做好相应准备，以免影响您的正常观演，感谢您的理解和配合。2.若演出受不可抗力影响延期或取消，大麦将对演出票订单按照项目官方通知方案进行处理，其他因观演发生的费用需由您自行承担。

禁止携带物品：由于安保和版权的原因，大多数演出、展览及比赛场所禁止携带食品、饮料、专业摄录设备、打火机等物品，请您注意现场工作人员和广播的提示，予以配合

寄存说明：无寄存处,请自行保管携带物品，谨防贵重物品丢失。
