身高1.2米以下儿童免费（需有成人陪同，一名成人可携带一名儿童）；70岁及以上老人和现役军人凭本人有效证件可享半价优惠（需现场购买）。

Children under 1.2m are free (should be accompanied by an adult, one adult can be with one child); Senior citizens aged 70 and above and active military personnel can enjoy 50% discount with their valid ID (need to be purchased on site).

1、本项目为自助参观，无人工导览服务。现场提供二维码语音自助导览，建议佩戴耳机扫码收听。

This project is a self-guided tour without manual tour service.Visitors can scan Qr code provided on site to get voice self-guided tour which is recommended to wear headphones to hear.

2、请在官方小程序显示的开放日期和时段内选择预约，在线支付完成后凭参观券码作为入场凭证。

Please select the opening date and time displayed in the official mini program to make an appointment. The ticket code will be provided after the completion of online payment.

3、预约完成后不支持无理由退票或改期。购票时请务必确认参观日期与时间，如未按票面时间到场参观，门票作废，不予退款。因购票者本人在购票后突发伤病，可凭医院出具的医疗证明，通过原购票渠道联系客服提交有效凭证申请退款或改期。如因不可抗力导致活动取消，我们将及时与您联络调整时间或安排退款。 Reservation cannot be canceled or rescheduled without a valid reason. Please carefully confirm your selected visit date and time when purchase. Tickets will be voided without refund if you fail to arrive at the specified date and time. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered only if illness or injury happened after purchase. In such cases, please contact our customer service through the original purchase channel and provide valid medical documentation. Rescheduling is subject to availability of the desired time slot. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund.

4、上海音乐厅全厅范围内严禁明火、禁止吸烟（含电子烟），禁止划刻、涂污建筑，禁止攀爬建筑、倚靠栏杆。

Flame, smoking (including electronic cigarettes), carving or defacing of the building,climbing of the building or leaning on the railing are not allowed in the whole area of Shanghai Concert Hall.

5、入厅请自觉接受安全检查，请勿携带有色饮料、酒类、食品类、易燃易爆品等禁限带物品及宠物进入音乐厅。

Please accept safety check when entering the concert hall. Please do not bring colored beverages, alcohol, food, inflammable and explosive products and other prohibited items and pets into the concert hall.

6、请自觉维护参观秩序，禁止使用自拍杆及支架类摄影器材拍摄；禁止散发、悬挂、粘贴广告等，禁止开展违背公序良俗的活动或行为；禁止进行各类表演、直播、宣传、采访、宗教活动、售卖商品或服务、商业性拍摄等非参观活动；禁止追逐嬉戏、大声喧哗、音响外放、随意丢弃杂物、长时间占用公共设施及公共空间。

7、禁止携带外置闪光灯、补光灯、反光板、三脚架、滑轨等专业设备。禁止携带多套服饰换装，或使用大量道具（商品样品、刀剑等非游览必需品）。禁止多人团队协作拍摄（含化妆师、摄影师）。 The use of professional equipment such as external flashes, fill lights, reflectors, tripods, or sliding tracks is prohibited. Bringing multiple outfits for costume changes or utilizing bulk props (e.g., merchandise samples, swords, or other items non-essential for sightseeing) is prohibited. Organized group photo sessions involving multiple personnel (including makeup artists and photographers) are prohibited.

8、如有以上或其他影响文物建筑、观众安全及参观秩序的行为，上海音乐厅有权劝阻和制止。如损坏建筑或厅内设施设备，须照价赔偿。涉嫌违法行为的将交由公安机关处理。

Shanghai Concert Hall has the right to stop the above or other acts that affect the cultural relic building, the safety of the audience and the order of the visit. Damage to the building or facilities shall be paid according to the price. Those suspected of violating the law will be handed over to the police.

9、上海音乐厅内多台阶、陡坡、路面不平处，请注意参观安全。

Shanghai Concert Hall has many steps, steep slopes and uneven roads. Please pay attention to the safety of visiting.

10、如遇突发事件、意外情况，请遵从工作人员引导或广播提示，有序疏散。

In case of emergencies or accidents, please follow the guidance of the staff and evacuat orderly.
